All Saturday games require a ticket. Individual on-line tickets are $7.50.

Deadline to purchase individual tickets on-line is Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 12:00 a.m.
Tickets will be mailed to the address provided. (Please add information@beatingcancerwithastick.org to your approved senders in order to receive emails regarding the event.)

Day of event tickets are $10 at the gate.
Children 4 and under admitted free. Tickets for Thursday and Friday high school games are not required.

A parking pass is required for parking on the Kinkaid Campus at 201 Kinkaid School Drive, Houston, Texas 77024 for the Saturday games.

Parking passes are available to Sponsors, Volunteers, Vendors and Saturday player parents only.

Concessions will be available at the event.  No outside food or beverages allowed.

The team will depart Thursday am, and play Thursday PM, Friday PM, and Saturday AM.
There will also be an NCAA D-I between Army and Air Force in the afternoon.

Tickets have been purchased for ALL the varsity players.

The flights are on Continental.

ALL players will be required to have money for meals, and to pay for their OWN baggage check-in.

Lodging, transportation while in Houston, along with tournament fees are paid for by PVLC.

This is a 16 team tournament in Seattle, Washington. The varsity team will be playing four regulation games from Friday evening, March 23, through the morning of Sunday, March 25. Players will be required to miss school on Friday, March 23 to travel to Seattle. The team will return after a mid-morning game on Sunday March 25th.

We are requiring ALL players/families to individually purchase airline tickets. PVLC will NOT be paying travel expenses for any player. We need ALL players to choose from the list of flights below such that we have coordinated travel plans and the ability to transport ALL the players to the hotel and game fields after arrival at Seattle/Tacoma Airport. Tickets need to be booked through Southwest airlines. The ticket prices are currently running around $285 with NO baggage fees. Every attempt should be made to book tickets immediately for one of the selected flights. Delaying your purchase will likely result in you paying MUCH more money as prices continue to climb.
